  • lamb chops

  • leg of lamb

  • rib racks

  • shoulder and neck roasts

  • ground lamb

Whole lamb price: $375 ($125 deposit)

Bulk price is based on $8/lb “hanging weight” which is the weight at the butcher prior to cutting and grinding into individual packages. Customer pays actual processing costs when specifying cuts with the butcher.
