This is a deposit to reserve your quarter (1/4) beef available Fall 2024
Our grass-fed, grass-finished beef is processed by award-winning butchers and aged for tenderness and flavor. This bulk order will yield approximately 100 lbs packaged beef. This "split quarter" will provide an assortment of each cut, for example:

Sirloin Steaks
Porterhouse/T-bone Steaks (New York Strip & Tenderloin)
Brisket
Short Ribs
Chuck Roasts
Rump Roast
Sirloin Roasts
Soup Bones
Stew meat
Ground beef
Quarter (1/4) beef price: $995 ($250 deposit)
Bulk price is based on $5/lb “hanging weight” which is the weight at the butcher prior to cutting and grinding into individual packages. Customer pays actual processing costs. Substitutions may be available upon request.
