Onto Pasture

Our Big Red Broilers from McMurray Hatchery are out of the brooder and onto fresh grass. They now reside in custom-built, 10x12 hoop houses. They move every day onto a fresh piece of ground to keep their fertilizer spread out behind them while the encounter fresh greens and bugs on their march across the field.

These broilers are a slower-growing breed, built to range and forage on pasture. They have a better taste than anything you can buy in the store. Our last batch of the season will be finished on Halloween. Order yours today!
